On the morning of 14 June 2026, Banjaran Asset Management (Cambodia) Plc. and ZO Motors (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., officially signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA), marking a significant step toward advancing sustainable transportation, clean energy, and innovative agricultural financing in Cambodia.
The event was graced by the presence of H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), together with senior officials from the SERC.
The ceremony was also attended by key leadership representatives, including Mr. He Dong, Global CEO of ZO MOTORS (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Mr. Eric Loo, CEO & Executive Director of Banjaran Asset Management (Cambodia) Plc., Mr. Zhao Wenbo, Regional CEO of ZO MOTORS (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., and Dr. Im Sothearith, Executive President of ZO MOTORS (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
This strategic partnership reflects a shared commitment to driving economic growth, supporting local farmers through the Kasekam Insurance Fund (K-Fund), and accelerating Cambodia’s transition toward a greener and more sustainable future.
Together, both organizations are committed to strengthening financial solutions, expanding investment opportunities, and contributing to Cambodia’s long-term economic development.
