柬埔寨金边 —— 柬埔寨证券交易监管机构已正式签发 第 285 号决定 (Decision No. 285 SERC/SSR)，批准设立 “富亚亚洲股票基金 ”BAMC Asia Equity Fund”，作为集体投资计划的一部分。同时，该决定亦核准并完成该基金公开发行基金单位的披露文件 (招募说明书) 注册，基金由富亚资产管理 (柬埔寨) 有限公司管理。
富亚亚洲股票基金的获批，标志着柬埔寨资本市场发展的重要里程碑，为本地及国际投资者提供更多元化的投资机会。该基金旨在提升资本市场可及性，促进区域经济增长，并推动金融市场的深化发展。
